Products
To find the right size, you can refer to the "Size Chart" on each product page. If you have any additional question regarding the sizing, feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping and Returns
A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been fulfilled
TUME Activewear ships internationally. We accept and process purchases on the same day the orders are submitted to the website. The delivery of goods is subject to availability. Our processing time is between 5-10 working days. Packaging of goods is done in our warehouse and processed via Fedex. Shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process before completing the order.
If the shipment sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the cost of shipping.
If a delay occurs during the shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email. You may cancel the order and get a full refund.
Should you discover any damage to the package before opening it, please take a photo and report it to our customer support: support@tumeactivewear.com as soon as possible.
TUME Activewear is NOT responsible for any import duties payable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We are sure you will love your Tume activewear. as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 28 days to reach out and we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE.
EXCHANGE INFORMATION
- We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Shock Sale, Black Friday etc.)
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- We aim to process all exchange within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed exchange. Please note, this time period may vary slightly in busy periods.
- Any associated shipping and processing costs have to be paid by the customer.
- Please email support@tumeactivewear.com prior to initiating an exchange if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
